The aim of this research service was to provide early market information to suppliers of automation and control solutions by analyzing end user requirements and satisfaction with ACS products and services they receive from their suppliers. End users are generally satisfied with the product and service offering from their suppliers. However, suppliers need to improve on delivery time, which is a key purchase criteria.
