报告简介
In review of the regulatory framework for electronic communications, the European Commission (EC) emphasizes the important progress in opening national telecommunications markets to competition achieved since 2002 when New Regulatory Framework was in force. After five years of changes in the European markets the regulatory framework needs to be changed. In the following reading Frost & Sullivan analyzes the main EU propositions from different points of view. The goal is to answer how the implementation of new proposals will influence market participants, national regulatory authorities (NRA), current competition law and vendors across the Europe.
